Opening of new Latin America Regional Office Training Centre

On Monday 23rd June, the IC-ENC Latin America Regional Office proudly opened its brand-new training facilities, welcoming delegates for the third ENC Quality & Conversion Workshop of 2025. Located on-site at DHN, the new facilities can accommodate up to 18 students.

Captain Nickolas Roscher (IC-ENC Latin America Office Manager at DHN), Captain Vasques (Director of Admiral Radler Aquino Instruction & Training Centre at DHN) and Laura Tyzack (IC-ENC S-100 Support Officer) officially opened the training facilities.

During SC26, Captain Nickolas Roscher shared insight into the Training Centre, “DHN believes that education is the foundation for building a better and fairer future, and this training centre provides a welcoming, stimulating and quality environment for all 53 IC-ENC Members. We believe in the potential of each student, and we are committed to offering the best possible training within the demands of the IC-ENC Member States.”
