IC-ENC Reaches New Heights

Validation Milestone

During September, validation throughput was approximately one-third higher than the monthly average, with the IC-ENC team processing an incredible 2,390 items, a record-breaking output! This culminated in IC-ENCs largest weekly release where Week 41 saw the issue of 615 ENC files, including 177 New Cells.

Despite exceptionally high demand and significant resource constraints, the team only marginally missed KPIs and impressively brought our New Cell KPIs back into the amber range.

This is a truly remarkable achievement and a testament to the team’s dedication, resilience, and efficiency under pressure.

VAR Output

At the beginning of October, IC-ENC surpassed 17,000 files released to VARs, reaching the milestone eight weeks earlier than in 2024. For context, in 2024 IC-ENC released a total of 18,725 files. Based on current trajectory, the team are on track to exceed 20,000 releases by year-end, a huge achievement and clear reflection of the team’s continued growth and efficiency.

The graph below highlights this significant year-on-year increase in output.

A personal thank you from the IC-ENC Data Manager

I’m genuinely grateful for your professionalism, teamwork, and the trust you’ve built in delivering our vital RENC validation services.”
