Dates and timeframe: The secondment will take place across 2 weeks from Monday 18 May - Friday 29 May 2026
Purpose of secondment:
To share IHM knowledge and experience in hydrographic data processing and S-102 production
Desired outcomes / benefits: Will help secondee to produce own S-102 products
Structure: Secondee will sit within Hydrography-Cartography room with Hydrography-Cartography staff
Secondee requirements:
Fluent in Spanish.
Knowledge about processing data with CARIS, HPD and various software required
Pre-work: An MS Teams call will be arranged with the successful secondee before planning begins.
Follow up work:
Online support for the secondee if implementing new methods in their home office
Secondee to provide a journal / article to IC-ENC sharing their experience. Secondee to share their learnings at IC-ENC Technical Conference. Any relevant information to be shared with Members via the IC-ENC LMS
